The Property

Indulge in the luxurious outdoor amenities, including, 90 jet hot tub, large heated gunite pool, sauna, shower, outdoor kitchen and cooking station, alongside generous lounging areas with cabana and additional seating. Groups can gather around the large fire pit area to enjoy the beautiful pool deck and gorgeous views. Inside the estate has six private bedrooms, heated bidet toilets, gourmet kitchen and kitchenette, smart LED TVs, billiards, foosball, two home theaters, luxurious baths including a double steam shower and fine quality furniture and comfortable bedding. Enjoy the Sono’s music system that allows you to control your favorite music right from your smartphone. The J is nestled between Southampton Village and Hampton Bays with easy access to Coopers Beach.

Concierge & Private Event Services

In partnership with Worth A Shot Events, Inc, the J has curated various experiences that are available to you for additional fees. Customizable indoor and outdoor event packages, including weddings, engagements celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor parties, milestone events and much more. Maybe you would like to pre-order groceries, arrange massages, in-house yoga classes, private chefs, Hibachi, vineyard tours, transportation, VIP restaurant reservations or other services. With over twenty years of experience, Jennifer is your trusted partner at The J. 

Private Event Guest Capacity & Site Fees

The J offers ample space to accommodate an intimate wedding with up to 100 guests and is also suitable for larger backyard only events. Site fees vary between $5k and $8k depending upon the guest count and season. A three-night stay is required to host a backyard event in the peak-season (Memorial Day to Oct 1st) and two nights for off-season dates.  Worth A Shot Events, Inc offers a range of concierge and customized private event services, including exquisite wedding packages. 
 

Guest Access

Rent the entire estate when booking from 11-14 people and only the 1st & 2nd floors when booking from 1 - 10 guests. If you are interested in adding the lower level for additional fees.
